What is TradeTrackHQ?

TradeTrackHQ is a job tracking and business management app built specifically for UK tradespeople. It helps plumbers, electricians, builders, and other trades manage jobs, customers, invoices, quotes, and schedules — all in one place.

How much does it cost?

The Professional plan is £25/month for individual tradespeople, and the Enterprise plan is £99/month for teams. Both plans come with a free 14-day trial. Your card is only charged once the trial ends — cancel before then and you won't be billed.

What trades does it support?

TradeTrackHQ supports all trades including plumbing, electrical, heating & gas, building & construction, carpentry & joinery, painting & decorating, landscaping, roofing, cleaning, flooring & carpet fitting, tiling, plastering, and glazing & windows. If your trade isn't listed, select "Other" and add your own job types.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes! TradeTrackHQ works on any device with a web browser, and we also have a dedicated iOS app for iPhone. You can manage jobs, check your schedule, and send invoices from the van or on site.

How do I manage my team?

On the Enterprise plan, you can invite up to 3 team members. Assign jobs to individuals, track progress across your team, and use role-based permissions to control who can see what.

Can I send invoices and quotes to customers?

Absolutely. Generate professional PDF invoices and quotes directly from any job. You can download them, print them, or email them straight to your customer — all with your business branding.

Is my data secure?

Yes. TradeTrackHQ is hosted on AWS with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Cognito for authentication and follow GDPR best practices. Your business data is yours and we never share it.

How do reminders work?

Set up reminders for regular customers like boiler services or maintenance contracts. Schedule a reminder at any point on a job and TradeTrackHQ will notify you — and optionally your customer — when it's due.

Can I integrate with my calendar?

Yes! TradeTrackHQ provides a calendar feed (iCal) that syncs your scheduled jobs with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any app that supports iCal subscriptions. Your schedule stays up to date automatically.
