By accessing or using TradeTrackHQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
TradeTrackHQ provides cloud-based job tracking and business management software for tradespeople. The Service includes web and mobile applications, customer management tools, scheduling features, and related functionality.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
4. Subscription and Payment
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to features. No payment information is required during the trial.
Billing: After the trial, you will be billed monthly or annually according to your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply from your next billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact us at support@tradetrackhq.com to request a refund.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
- Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of your data
- Obtaining necessary consents to store customer information
- Maintaining appropriate backups of your data
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by TradeTrackHQ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
- Suspend access for emergency maintenance
- Modify or discontinue features with notice
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
